Our Story
Teglio rests at 1,220 metres along the Rhaetian slope of Valtellina — a place where time slows and traditions endure. It is here that the valley takes its name.
Casa Maria is our way of belonging to this landscape. A family home, gently transformed into a place of hospitality — not a hotel, not a resort, but a small collection of independent apartments designed for living, not passing through. Two buildings, a villa and a semi-detached house, share the same view, the same garden, the same sense of calm.
Everything here invites you to slow down. To reconnect with simple rhythms, with nature, with what feels essential.
We created Casa Maria as the place we were looking for ourselves: somewhere to stay a little longer, to breathe a little deeper, and to feel rooted.
